 A lightweight membrane of very thin film (2 microns) is sandwiched between two metal stators with holes. This entire package is electrified with a high voltage, and by modulating this voltage the membrane is displaced, which in turn moves the air around it. The membrane is lighter than the air it has to push out, and this results in a movement that is an exact copy of the signal being fed to the headphones. The received signal is very accurately reproduced, without coloration (distortion).
We use precision digitally controlled machines and mostly manual labor to manufacture our products. The headphones are matched in pairs. The perfect sound is obtained from the equality of the two headphones. The mono recorded stuff and especially the vocals are right where they should be. In terms of comfort, the headphones are very light for their size and can be listened for a long time without tiring you out. Natural ecological materials such as walnut, carbon, leather, aluminum, odorless varnishes that do not pollute are used.
